Returns & Repairs
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items bought during promotional sales or with a discount code exceeding 15% are final sale and non-refundable.

Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be pre-paid using an insured delivery service (SEUR, UPS, or FedEx). Balah Jewellery is not responsible for return shipping fees.
After we receive your return, please allow 8-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and should appear on your next statement. We will send a confirmation email once your return is processed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost. We will provide a return shipping label and send a replacement as soon as we receive the damaged or incorrect item(s). Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as per the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
Repairs We offer repair services for jewelry that has been damaged over time. Please email hola@balahjewellery with photos of the damage. We will evaluate your request and inform you of any repair fees, if applicable.
Please note that packages sent without prior email communication will not be accepted.
